Student Enrollment Requirements

After submitting your enrollment, you will be directed to a calendar link to schedule a time to bring the required paperwork to our Student Enrollment Center located at the district's administrative offices (110 Tippett Court, Sunbury, OH).  

 The following documents are required for enrollment:

• Child's Birth Certificate
• Proof of Residence - a current utility bill (gas, water, or electric ONLY) or current lease in the parent's name
• Custody Paperwork (if applicable)
• Current Immunization Records
• Photo ID of Parent/Guardian
